    Do Not Bend     on outside of Package if mailing.
  • Copy of or Legible Pedigree, in case we do not have your pedigree on file.
  • Copy of Authentic Registration certificate. Copy of Authentic OFA / OVC certificates.
  • Scan your photo at 1200dpi. Crop to Chow 350 pixels wide, length does not matter.
